With the requirements for tip restoration of complex cooled rotating blades/buckets and the inherent difficulties ensuring accurate and thoroughly restored cooling covers, ACT has installed a CNC Sinker EDM to be used in F-Class and other new technology parts that require Sinker EDM Precision Machining Preparation. This machine will have the capacity to handle most land based gas turbine component requirements.
