On diaphragms we offer airfoil weld repair up to full airfoil replacement, splitline repair, spill strip, packing repair or replacement, and machining up to 128” inches. We can even manufacture new if required. We offer blade ring repairs, re-rounding, splitline repairs and blade replacement and peening. For valves we can disassemble, provide new seats and stems and reassemble. We offer several engineered solutions that address inherent OEM design issues and we can make recommendations to increase part serviceability.
